Writing Post Format in theme ktzunyporto
For writing blog post you can try go to Blog Posts -> Add New. You can writing video post, gallery post, and much more.
There are 6 Post Formats that supported to use with ktzunyporto theme.
Those are:
1. Standard
2. Video
3. Link
4. Quote
5. Gallery
To select what post format you like, you just need to look up to Format box that positioned right below Publish box.
However, we recommends you to upload featured image for each posts. So that the posts have thumbnails that will show great in several widgets. Such as recent posts, popular post, etc.
Now. Let’s learn on how to write the format types.
Standard post format
You just need to create post and you have to upload the featured image.
VIDEO post format
Create post just like standard post, choose “Video” on the Format Options box. To add video content, for example, if you want to show youtube videos, you just need to put the youtube link in video post format option. WordPress oEmbed system will automatically render the video player. It’s the same way to put the youtube and more, even you can embed self-hosted video too… Just paste the file url to the video post format option. GALLERY post format
Create post just like standard post, choose “Gallery” on the Format Options box. To add gallery image, you just need to upload image gallery post format option. Gallery post format will display slider gallery in single post and in blog archive.
LINK post format
Create post just like standard post, choose “Link” on the Format Options box. To add link, you just need to fill option in link post format option. This result will display link to.. and post title will link to external web.
Quote post format
Create post just like standard post, choose “Quote” on the Format Options box. To add Quote, you just need to fill option in quote post format option. This result will display text quote in archive.
