Term and conditions
Before you purchase, download and use our themes for your own purposes, or for your clients’ website please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using kentooz themes, we assume you’ve read, understood and accepted the terms of use that follows.
Note that we reserve the right to change the prices or the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
License types
WordPress
All our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU general public license. Our themes may be used by our customers on as many websites as they like.
Javascript
Most of our themes use JavaScript libraries, which usually have their own license, and do not inherit the GPL license.
Theme updates are available to customers who have made an individual theme purchase. They are also available for all the themes accessible by our club members while their club subscription is still active.
Support
All templates are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we cannot guarantee that older templates will run with future versions of WordPress.
“Kentooz” offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Further, we offer no support for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.
Theme compatibility
It is our duty to keep the themes up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 5 or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality.
Assets used in the demo content
You are not allowed to use any images that come with our 1 click auto install. These assets act only as placeholders to give you an idea on how your website might look. You must change those images with your own.
Payments
All payments are handled through PayPal or bank transfer in indonesian (indonesian only).
Warranty
Our themes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that themes will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our themes will be functional with all versions of WordPress. Kentooz does not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plug-in, scripts, or applications.
Privacy Policy
Any information submitted by you (the buyer) for completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues are strictly confidential. We don’t share this information with anyone.
